Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping

Perishable orders ship via Priority Overnight. Nonperishable orders ship by ground, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed automatically according to our shipping schedule. All cutoff times are Pacific Time (PT).

Overnight Shipping Schedule

For orders without Japanese uni preorders:

We do not dispatch U.S. shipments Friday through Sunday. Orders received after a cutoff follow the next applicable shipping schedule.

Japanese Uni Preorders

Order by Friday at 7 AM PT for delivery the following Wednesday or local pickup the following Tuesday.

Japanese uni may ship with other items, except fresh Santa Barbara uni and ranched uni. Please place separate orders for these products. Orders containing preorder items ship together according to the preorder schedule.

Order Cancellations & Changes

All orders are final and cannot be canceled. We cannot accommodate requests for a future shipping date.

Please double-check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Packaging & Delivery

Perishable products are packed with insulation and ice packs. A signature is not required, so please arrange for someone to receive your package or collect it promptly after delivery.

Immediately refrigerate or freeze products according to their individual storage instructions. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by packages left unattended after delivery.

Tracking & Delays

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays may occur. If your package is delayed beyond 48 hours, contact us for assistance.

Package Protection

SavedBy Package Protection is required for Japanese uni shipping orders and recommended for other shipped orders. Claims must be submitted directly through SavedBy and are subject to its coverage terms. Please remove package protection from pickup orders.

Shipping to Japan

Eligible products ship to residential addresses in Japan. Please review our Customer Service page for Japan-specific shipping schedules, rates, duties, and delivery requirements.

Pickup orders follow our published cutoff schedule. Please collect your order within the assigned pickup window. We cannot issue refunds for missed pickups.
