Thawing Instructions

 1. Thaw your frozen ingredients in the refrigerator 24 hours before cooking. Please folllow food safety instructions when thawing, cooking, and consuming our products.

Cooking Instructions

STEAK

2. Lightly season your steak with salt (you can add more at the end). No cooking oil needed.

3. Pre-heat your pan over medium-high heat for 90 seconds.

4. Add the steak down and press down with your tongs to ensure even pan contact.

5. Pan-fry each side for 30-50 seconds to medium-rare, or your preferred doneness. A5 wagyu melts in your mouth rare, or well-done.
