Designed to pair perfectly with rich butter, this sandwich features vibrant green matcha butter cream made with fragrant Uji matcha, offering a clean bitterness, layered with delicately sweet butter caramel. Uji matcha is also kneaded into the cookie dough, allowing its aroma to be enjoyed the moment the individually wrapped package is opened.

The key to its flavor is butter cream blended with rich chestnut paste.
