“Daifuku” or filled Mochi is a freshly made traditional treat enjoyed throughout Japan. Maruhide USA has partnered with a local Sushi Chef to bring you her rarely enjoyed Kyoto style treasures where seasonal fruits are enjoyed at the peak of season. Seen only at the end of Michelin class Omakase, her “Daifuku” are freshly made with organic fruits handpicked from the farmer’s markets of Santa Monica, to create her one of a kind “Wagashi” (dessert) experience.
