4 inch- 9.8oz (2-4 slices)

6 inches- 1lb 6oz (8-10 slices)

Ingredients:

Cream, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, potato starch, and vanilla.

Storage:
Cheesecakes ship frozen with ice packs and insulation. Thawing during transit may occur.
Upon arrival, if not serving immediately, place cheesecake in the refrigerator or freezer.
Cheesecakes last up to 7 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.

Serving:
Remove cheesecake from the refrigerator and leave at room temperature for around 30 minutes.

If frozen leave at room temperature until thawed.

Use a smooth, sharp knife. Be sure to wipe your knife between cuts to remove excess.
For an extra smooth cut, run your knife under hot water between cuts for the perfect slice.
