Uni Shumai (20pc)
INGREDIENTS:
Ground Pork 120g
Pork Loin 120g
Onion ½
Shumai Wrapper 20pc
Potato Starch 2tbsp
Salt 2pinch
Sugar 1.5tbsp
Grated Ginger 2tsp
Sesame Oil 1tbps
Soy Sauce 1tbsp
Ground Pepper 3pinch

STEP:
1) Chop pork loin. In a bowl, mix ground pork and pork loin, add 2 pinches of salt. Knead until sticky.
2) Add A in the bowl, keep kneading till everything comes together.
3) Chop onion, then coat with potato starch.
4) Add onion to the meat and mix. Let it sit in the fridge for 10 min.
5) Wrap the filling with shumai wrapper.
6) Prepare steamer. Once the water is boiling, place shumai and steam on medium heat for 10 minutes.
