Heat in a hot water bath for about 1.5 minutes. Remove the vacuum-packed eel from the outer bag and, while still frozen, place packets it in boiling water, being careful not to let the bag touch the edge of the pot or frying pan.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2. Toast the surface:  Remove the eel from the bag and toast on a foil lined tray or fish grill, being careful not to burn it. When bubbles appear on the surface, it is ready to eat.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3. Mix the sauce into the rice: Place the sauce in the packet in lukewarm water to warm it up.
